This role is built for an experienced Project Manager or Contracts Manager who has delivered complex structural packages, deep basements and technically demanding refurbishments and wants a broader influence across multiple projects.
If youve managed risk in live digs, navigated structural alterations in tight London sites, and handled architect-led, high-spec residential builds, this is the natural next step.
The Role
As Contracts Manager, youll oversee several live Super Prime residential projects, providing senior operational leadership on site across:
* Deep multi-level basements
* Complex structural works
* Retained faades
* High-end refurbishments
* Design-led new build homes
Responsibilities
* Managing JCT SBC and D&B obligations in practice not theory
* Acting as a senior point of contact with clients and consultants
* Protecting commercial position while keeping delivery moving
