Sunday – Thursday: 7PM - 4.30AM
£38,000 - £42,000, dependant on level of experience

Day to Day Duties
1. Inspire and lead the night team by ensuring appropriate staffing levels and organising shift cover in line with fluctuating pick and load volumes
2. Supervise all night shift personnel, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
3. Provide coaching, support, and training where necessary to maintain performance and morale
