The Workshop Manager will be responsible for overseeing all areas of the UK manufacturing and production operations. This includes managing departments involved in welding, machining, painting, wiring and assembly, ensuring that products are produced to a high standard and delivered on time. The role combines leadership with a hands-on approach, requiring someone who is comfortable both organising and actively contributing to production work. Day to day, the position involves supervising a team of around 15 production staff, providing guidance, coaching and support. The manager will plan and schedule production activities, addressing any shortages or disruptions quickly.
