We are looking to expand our presence in North Wales, and as part of this growth we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced valuer to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our growth strategy, shaping the market and building a strong presence in this expanding territory.
Purpose of role
As property valuer, you will be instrumental in establishing and growing our business in North Wales. You will bring your expertise in property valuation, ideally from an auction or estate agency background, and use your knowledge and network to drive business generation, develop client relationships and build a network of referral partners.
Key responsibilities /valuation and business development
· Conduct property valuations with accuracy and market expertise
· Identify and generate new business opportunities
· Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and industry professionals
· Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients receive expert advice and guidance throughout the appraisal and auction process
Strategy and growth
· Work closely with Senior Management to develop and implement business growth strategies
· Create and execute action plans to increase market share and brand awareness
· Support the company's auction and sales objectives by identifying suitable properties for sale.
· Manage the valuation process from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and professionalism
Who we're looking for
You will be a driven, self-motivated and ambitious professional with a passion for property and business growth. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be eager to take on a role with significant responsibility and autonomy.
A full UK driving license is essential to enable you to conduct business across North Wales.
Key skills and experience.
Proven experience in property valuation, ideally in an auction or estate agency background
Strong business generation skills, with a proactive approach to finding new opportunities
Confident in developing and executing action plans to drive business growth
Commercially aware, with the ability to work with Senior Management on strategy
A natural relationship builder with excellent and communication skills
A result driven mind set, comfortable working to and exceeding targets
Knowledge of the North Wales property market
