We are on the hunt for a reliable and dedicated Mobile Caretaker to join our fantastic client in Leek!
Rate of pay: £12.40PH.
Full-Time: Working 5 out of 7 days each week, including weekends on a rota basis
Shifts: Split shift 7:00AM-11:30AM returning at 2:00PM-5:00PM
What You'll Do:
As a Mobile Caretaker, your role will involve:
Maintaining public areas and buildings
Carrying out minor maintenance repairs
Stock control
Customer Interaction
Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise promptly and efficiently.
Ensure a smooth operation, travelling to multiple sites per day.
Engage in a range of caretaking duties to keep the facilities in top shape.
What We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should have:
Strong Communication Skills
Must be punctual and flexible
Confident working both on your own and as part of a team
Comfortable engaging with members of the public
Previous caretaking or similar experience would be advantageous
