Sales Administrator Salary: £25-30k Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Administrator to join our team in Belfast. The Sales Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of a sales team. They provide administrative and organisational support to the sales department. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide ongoing admin sales support for the Sales Team. Process sales orders ensuring accuracy and timely entry onto Company system (Sage) and liaise with Warehouse Manager Invoicing Answer Sales calls and monitor emails Supporting trade and export customers with order queries and documentation Ensure customer queries are dealt with in a timely fashion, to maintain positive working relationships with clients. Perform other related duties as assigned by your Manager Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, administrative role. Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong Excel skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of Sage (desirable) Export Admin Experience (desirable)
