We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our small team at our Head Office in Stoke on Trent. What you'll need:
* 3-5 years experience managing organic social media for a consumer brand, ideally in health, beauty, wellness, or related sectors
* Proven success in growing and engaging audiences on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
* Experience with influencer collaborations and end-to-end campaign planning (desirable)
* Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
* Ability to analyze insights, identify trends, and adapt strategies
* Creative, organized, and independent working style
* Comfort working in a fast-paced environment within a small team
* Willingness to travel to clinics nationwide (expenses covered)
* Clear and confident communication skills
* Balanced creative and analytical mindset
* Self-starter who enjoys ownership and collaboration
* Genuine interest in helping people through effective communication
* Positive, energetic, and collaborative attitude
