What you'll be doing:
A brand new role within the team, you’ll be responsible for the design and development of compelling presentations, documents and other visual content. Your role will combine creativity with strategic communication, and will ultimately positively impact external sales activity.
You’ll create materials that effectively convey our key messages and resonate with our target audiences. Collaborating closely with an experienced bid and tender writer, this role will be instrumental in crafting engaging responses to business opportunities that establish People’s Partnership as the competitive choice in the workplace pension sector.
You are someone with a passion for great design and the art of visual storytelling, a razor sharp eye for detail, who is ready to have a say in their own role as the business and the team develop.
You will:
•Create innovative materials across a variety of mediums—such as documents, infographics, animations, and video—to enhance visual storytelling
•Position us as a market leader right from the very first page.
•Bring our purpose and our key message to life.
•Help us to connect with a range of different audiences through design.
•Bring innovation, industry best-practice and continual improvement to the team, being a real champion for our visual identity and wider company brand.
•Support the whole Distribution team, responding dynamically to the ever-developing requirements of the business.
What we’re looking for:
●Proven experience in graphic design, document and presentation creation, and visual storytelling, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
●A passion for creativity and innovation, a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
●Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Canva, etc.) and familiarity with multimedia production tools, including interactive PDFs and web-hosted materials.
●Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret and influence stakeholders’ visions and ideas
●Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and engage with various stakeholders.
●Passionate about making a difference, with the skills and vision to drive our sales strategy and develop this role in the long-term.
