We are delighted to be growing our team and are seeking an ambitious, driven Recruitment Consultant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.
Main Duties Will Include
1. Source candidates using various platforms including our Bullhorn CRM and a range of job boards.
2. Develop new business and maintain existing business relationships.
3. Build relationships with clients.
4. Format CVs.
5. Take full job briefs from clients.
6. Write job descriptions for advertising on our website and job boards.
7. Respond to applications and search for candidates via various techniques.
8. Provide honest and consultative service to clients and candidates.
9. Arrange interviews and prepare candidates.
10. Negotiate job offers and manage expectations of clients and candidates.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
1. Previous sales or office-based customer service experience.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. A confident, tenacious personality.
4. Strong organizational skills.
5. Willingness to learn and develop knowledge.
Experience within recruitment is beneficial but not essential.
