At Randstad Education, we are working closely with large primary mainstream schools in the Manchester area. We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant, with experience working either 1:1 or on a small group basis, to join the team!

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support the children with their learning, life skills and well-being as well as be a role model to the pupils in the classroom.
Your duties as a Teaching Assistant will include:

1. Supporting the classroom teacher
2. Work on a 1:1 or group basis with pupils
3. Report back to parents and Teachers regarding pupils progress
4. Break time duties
5. Completion of daily records for pupils
6. Classroom preparation for the following school day

What is required to be a Teaching Assistant?
10. Have experience of working with children within an educational setting
11. Current Enhanced DBS check or willing to undergo checks
12. Full time availability Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
13. Be passionate about working with children and be determined to make sure that their learning experience is as comfortable and positive as possible
