About the Role: We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Aberdeen on a temporary assignment. This role will play a key part in supporting operational and administrative activities across multiple teams, with a particular focus on asset and maintenance operations (AMO). The successful candidate will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support project planning and cost tracking, and contribute to the efficiency and success of our wider operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update departmental tracking sheets for equipment and personnel costs. Use internal systems (Oracle/Maximo) to raise requisitions, monitor spend, and identify efficiencies. Support equipment mobilisation and demobilisation within Maximo. Assist with pre-job and post-job processes alongside account managers, including scanning and tracking paperwork. Communicate effectively with suppliers to secure competitive pricing on third-party rentals. Contribute to a strong HSE, Quality and Compliance culture across the team. Develop and maintain a yearly project tracker, ensuring updates are shared with the internal team. Provide cover for personnel or AMO team tasks during holidays or absence. Create and maintain spreadsheets or reports to support operational performance. Participate in the on-call rota (for full-time personnel only). About You Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role. Knowledge of Maximo or Oracle systems is desirable. Excellent computer skills, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience using a CRM system would be advantageous.
