We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Customer Care Assistant to join our team
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience working in a veterinary environment to join our team on a temporary basis to cover Maternity Leave for 12 months. The role will be 24 hours a week on a rota of varying shifts and may require working across the multiple sites.
About the role
The position is very varied therefore we require someone who works well under pressure, has great organisation and time management skills.
The role will include, but is not limited to:
*Greeting customers
*Answering telephones
*Taking payments
*Updating records
*Dealing with emails/reports
*Keeping up to date with our Pet health Club sign-ups, cancellations, and yearly renewals.
*Scheduling shifts and diary amendments
*Maintaining the reception area
Our ideal person is someone with good customer service skills as they will be the first point of contact with our clients.
