Position Overview
As a Care Assistant, you’ll deliver high standards of care to patients with complex needs. You’ll assist with personal care, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to a respectful, person-centred environment. * Salary: £12.25 – £13.25/hour (up to £13.50/hour within 12–18 months)

Key Responsibilities
* Assist residents with personal care needs while promoting independence and dignity
* Complete documentation accurately and escalate health concerns to nursing staff
* Maintain a compassionate and respectful approach toward patients, families, and colleagues
* Adapt to a range of responsibilities and shift patterns, including weekends
* Uphold Fairlie’s values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable
Required Qualifications & Attributes
* Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
* Initiative and respect for patients and team members
* Efficient and adaptable under pressure

* Experience preferred but not required (full training provided)
