This is a fantastic opportunity to support young people with learning difficulties, communication needs, and additional needs as they progress towards greater independence and adulthood. You will deliver engaging, personalised learning programmes aligned with EHCP outcomes, helping learners develop the skills, confidence, and independence needed to thrive in education, employment, and daily life.
