10.00 - 12.50 per hour (depending on age and experience)

About Us:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our vibrant team in Shrewsbury town centre. Bar experience is essential as you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional customer service while handling high-volume drink orders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
* Take accurate food and drink orders, provide excellent customer service, and deliver orders promptly.
* Implement the Challenge 25 Policy and check IDs as required.
* Recommend drinks and snacks to enhance customer experience.
* Maintain stock levels and cleanliness of the bar area.
Requirements:
* Minimum one year of bartender or server experience.
* Knowledge of cocktail recipes is advantageous.
* Friendly and positive attitude with effective communication skills.
* Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Key Skills:
* Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.
* Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* High standards of organisation, punctuality, and professionalism.
