Ready to step up and take charge in a fast-paced, high-performing warehouse environment? At Evri International, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Warehouse Supervisor to lead our night operation and help keep parcels moving across borders with precision and pace.
About the Role
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in leading our night shift operations (22:00–07:00, any 5 days from 7). You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Manager to oversee Team Leaders and Operatives, ensuring smooth import operations while achieving productivity, throughput, and cost-per-unit targets.
From managing parcel flow and presentation to driving operational excellence and compliance, you'll be at the heart of everything—motivating your team, maintaining high standards, and delivering results in a time-critical environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to organise, energise, and optimise will make a real impact.
Responsibilities
1. Supervise Team Leaders and Operatives to ensure operational targets and throughput are achieved
2. Monitor performance against KPIs, including productivity, CPU, and MI measurements
3. Manage parcel presentation, scanning compliance, and reduction of mis-sorts and damages
4. Lead, coach, and develop your team through regular 1:1s, reviews, and engagement
5. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, security, and company standards
6. Support operational planning, peak readiness, and stand in for the Ops Manager when required

7. Strong Maths and English skills (written and verbal) with good PC literacy
8. Proven experience in warehouse or distribution management
9. Solid understanding of KPIs and operational performance drivers
10. Ability to work on your own initiative in a fast-paced, pressurised environment
11. Excellent communication, leadership, and people motivation skills
