Job Title: Deputy Manager
Accountable to: Registered Manager
Responsible for: Children / Young Persons
Location: M14, Manchester
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Schedule: Rotating Shifts
Salary: £33,000–£46,000 depending on experience, plus £60 per sleep
Leave Entitlement: 28 days (in lieu of bank holidays)

Role Overview:
As an experienced Deputy Manager, you will play a key leadership role in supporting children and young people in a nurturing and structured home environment. You will support the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home to ensure the home is Ofsted compliant. You will lead by example, offering guidance to the care team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support that promotes positive outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership: Lead shifts effectively, delegate responsibilities, and ensure the smooth operation of the home on a daily basis.
2. Supervision: Support and mentor Residential Support Workers, promoting best practice and upholding high standards of care.
