Educational/Qualifications
Essential criteria
* An undergraduate degree or equivalent in a discipline related to mental health (e.g., Psychology, neuroscience, or a BABCP recognised core profession) OR evidence of ability to study at third-year undergraduate level (level 6).
* Ability to meet either route to eligibility: A core mental health profession as defined by BABCP with 2+ years post-qualification experience OR no core profession but 4 years relevant mental health experience with a complete KSA portfolio.
* Some knowledge and experience of CBT.
Desirable criteria
* Experience working in a stepped care service for anxiety and depression.
* Evidence of foundation level / sustained CPD in CBT.
* Experience of using CBT techniques in practice.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge
Essential criteria
* Demonstrable experience of working in mental health services.
* Knowledge of issues surrounding work and its impact on mental health.
* Knowledge of medication used in anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.
* Ability to meet service targets.
Desirable criteria
* Experience in services with clinical outcome targets.
* Experience working in Primary Care Services.
Additional Skills/Experience/Knowledge

* Ability to manage caseload and time effectively.
* High standards in written communication.
* Training and experience in risk assessments within scope of practice.
