Job Title: Production Operative (Nights)

Hours: Full-time, Fixed Night Shift – 22:00 to 06:00 (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: £14.45 per hour

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join the night shift at a well-established manufacturing company in Lee Mill, Ivybridge. This is a hands-on role in a warm production environment, perfect for someone who enjoys practical work and steady hours through the night.
Your Responsibilities:
Operating in the production area to meet targets
Moving and handling goods, including some heavy lifting
Following all health & safety procedures
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
Comfortable working permanent nights (22:00–06:00)
A good team player with a positive attitude
