About You Ideally, you will have unsupervised experience working as a Registered Building Inspector, on a good range of projects although other levels of experience will also be considered. Registration above Class 1 is a minimum requirement. Our full portfolio of work will allow you to maintain and expand your competence levels within a personal development plan that will match your ambition. Using our blended and flexible working systems, you will be hands on in applying Building Regulations and public safety legislation, including carrying out site inspections, producing site reports of work in progress and working in partnership with clients, duty holders and the public. You’ll also work collaboratively with other area teams and champion our services that are built around the needs of customers and achieving high compliance level.
