The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing your own caseload of claimant personal injury matters, ensuring each claim is handled efficiently from instruction through to settlement, with a strong focus on client care and successful outcomes.
Your caseload will primarily consist of RTA claims, including both portal and non-portal work.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of claimant personal injury claims from start to conclusion
* Progress Fast Track cases efficiently and in line with SLAs
* Handle claims through the MOJ and OIC portals (Stages 1-3), as well as non-portal matters
* ManageRTA and Personal injury claims
* Deliver a high level of client service throughout the lifecycle of each case
* Maintain accurate records and work across multiple systems
About You
* Qualified Solicitor (3 to 5 years PQE) with a background in claimant personal injury
* Strong understanding of the MOJ portal and claims process
* Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and as part of a team
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* A proactive, client-focused approach
