The Role:
As a Year 5 Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the Year 5 curriculum
*
Support pupils’ growing independence and prepare them for the transition to Year 6
*
Use assessment effectively to track progress and inform teaching strategies
*
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that fosters motivation and confidence
*
Work closely with your year group partner and wider colleagues to ensure high standards and consistency
*
Communicate effectively with parents and carers to build strong home-school partnerships
What We’re Looking For:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5
*
Strong understanding of the Year 5 curriculum and progression through Key Stage 2
*
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
*
A creative, enthusiastic, and reflective approach to teaching
*
Commitment to inclusion and supporting all pupils to reach their potential
