As we continue to scale our specialist Tech Sales & Go-To-Market (GTM) practice, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our award-winning team and help us further strengthen our position in this high-potential market.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across Tech Sales & GTM roles (Account Executives, Sales Leaders, Customer Success, RevOps, and more)
Driving new business development and growing existing client partnerships
Collaborating with a high-performing, supportive, and ambitious team
Staying on top of industry trends and the fast-evolving tech ecosystem
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant (Tech Sales / GTM markets preferred)
Strong billing track record with a commercial, entrepreneurial mindset
Proven track record of winning new business
Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and collaborative
Passionate about the fast-paced world of technology and sales talent
