Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based Nationwide for a System Administrator at CloudHost Limited. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining IT systems, performing regular system updates, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network and server reliability and providing technical support to clients. The System Administrator will also monitor system performance, implement network security measures, and assist with the deployment and maintenance of hardware and software solutions.
Qualifications
Proficiency in System Administration, including managing and maintaining servers and operating systems
Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across hardware, software, and networking environments
Strong skills in Network Administration, including configuring and monitoring networks and ensuring secure data flows
Proven experience in providing exceptional Technical Support and a customer-focused approach
Familiarity with Information Technology tools, standards, and best practices
Effective problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to explain technical information to non-technical team members
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, or ITIL are advantageous
Proactive and reliable, with the ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
