Controls Engineer | Cranfield | Up to £50,000 | Permanent or Contract
As an Electrical/Control Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and
delivering the electrical and control systems used across our client’s products and services.
Role Responsibilities and Experience:
+Responsible for designing electrical and control systems for company products in accordance with established internal quality procedures.
+System designs will be developed using electrical CAD software, with support provided by existing CAD team members.
+Identify, evaluate, and specify suitable electrical and control components, ensuring cost-effective sourcing and procurement.
+Ensure all developed systems meet relevant regulatory, safety, and compliance requirements, including any standards applicable to the customer’s installation location.
+Maintain complete and accurate records of all design documents and purchased components within the company’s cloud-based data management system.
+Develop and configure software for PLCs, electronic drives, and motion control devices.
