Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including good numeracy and literacy skills. Competent in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email systems. Previous experience in stock control and logistics is desirable. Knowledge of shipping regulations (e.g., IATA, ADR, IMDG) and transport safety standards, with a general understanding of material dispatch. Strong understanding of import/export processes, transport regulations, and customs clearance. Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and passionate about logistics. Positive attitude with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. Ability to prioritize workload, multitask, and meet deadlines. Capable of working independently and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Strong ability to perform under pressure. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Good geographical knowledge of the UK. Valid proof of right to work in the UK and valid UK driving license (occasional UK travel required).
