Business Manager – Stratstone, BMW Harrogate
£30,000 basic £60,000 OTE plus company car, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services
As a New Car Business Manager with us, you will be instrumental in driving Finance and Insurance opportunities while focusing on achieving outstanding customer relationships and a 5-star CSI performance.
Responsibilities
* Driving your sales team to optimise every Finance and Insurance opportunity that comes into the business
* Establish wants and needs of the customer while building a rapport that will retain them to the brand and the business
* Expertly handling the enquiry management process, supporting and motivating your team to convert prospects into customers
* Working under pressure, establishing targets and monitoring performance against budget
* Understanding shortfalls and addressing those with your team and Sales Manager
* Regular feedback to your team, looking at performance, targets and coaching to developing them
Qualifications
* A high level of professional acumen and have an outstanding work ethic
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to captain a team to obtain outstanding results as well as supporting and leading them
* Ability to meet and exceed sales targets monthly
* Influence and negotiation skills
* Excellent relationship building skills, with both your team and customers
