Customer Service Representative – Housing Services Location: Southwark Borough Full-time | Temporary Contract | Salary: between £16.28- £19.11 per hour Are you passionate about helping people and making a difference in your community? About the Role: As the first point of contact for tenants and residents, you'll provide friendly, efficient, and effective support across a range of housing services. Whether it’s helping someone report a repair, manage their rent account, or access support services, you'll ensure every customer feels heard and valued.
