A highly regarded Corporate & Commercial team is looking for a senior lawyer to step into a Professional Support Lawyer position, helping drive best practice, raise technical standards and support the continued growth of a busy and well-respected department. The opportunity
You’ll sit at the heart of the Corporate & Commercial team, acting as the go-to technical resource and helping lawyers deliver work efficiently, consistently and at the highest standard. Your focus will include:
* Developing and maintaining corporate precedents, templates and know-how
* Keeping the team up to date with legal developments and market trends
* Supporting lawyers with technical queries and complex research points
* Delivering internal training and supporting junior lawyer development
* Helping shape working practices, workflows and process improvements
* Supporting legal tech and knowledge management initiatives
* Contributing to articles, briefings and client-facing updates
