Company: Mercer Description: As the Proposition Manager, you will be accountable for the development of Propositions to meet agreed business and market needs. The role will involve working across Mercer teams on existing and new Darwin solutions, ensuring that the Proposition is robust and aligns with the Darwin Services and Technology Teams' strategy and delivery capability. It will require working closely with your peers within the Propositions team and the CPO function. This is a varied role in a complex organisation, which will require the successful individual to effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities to a high professional standard. We will count on you to: Work with the Head of Propositions & Engagement and team to devise and deliver propositions to achieve Darwin's strategy. Research, source and analyze internal and external data to support proposition design and planning, ensuring these are client centric and make commercial sense for the business. Work with stakeholders across Mercer to deliver the best possible propositions, integrating all key ingredients (features, pricing, take to market etc.) are carefully considered and constructed to meet the market need. Work across improving existing propositions and seek out future sources of income through unique and appealing propositions. Support definition and communication of the proposition internally to Darwin and to Mercer Commercial teams including definitions, updates and training. Be prepared to project manage the end to end propositions process - from initial research, to deliver and early life optimization Support ongoing reporting of team and proposition performance with insight for continuous business improvement.
