What You Can Expect
As a Clinical Sales Specialist (CSS), you will manage sales regions by working alongside Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, and Sales Managers to service hospitals and provide technical support to stakeholders.
You will deliver bespoke training to ensure Surgeons and Scrub Staff operate safely and efficiently with Zimmer Biomet products, attending surgeries as needed to provide real-time support.
How You'll Create Impact
* Provide technical advice in the OR on Zimmer Biomet Recon Products
* Train users in the use of Zimmer Biomet products
* Generate sales leads within Platinum & Silver customers
* Manage logistics around procedure planning and stock
* Support product demonstrations and educational initiatives onsite
* Follow internal communication and documentation policies (QA)
* Adhere to divisional sales strategies under the Regional Sales Manager's guidance
* Maintain knowledge of Zimmer Biomet and competitors’ products
* Keep Salesforce updated for accounts
* Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, and staff training as required
* Report monthly to the Regional Sales Manager on performance and activities
