FLT Driver – Reach Truck / Bendi / Counterbalance – Grangemouth
People Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Driver to join our well-established client based in Grangemouth .
This is a short-term opportunity covering holiday leave, ideal for a skilled FLT operator with experience across multiple truck types.
This position is ideal for candidates experienced operating Reach, Bendi, and Counterbalance forklifts.
Shifts:
• 08:00 – 17:00
• Thursday & Friday (this week)
• Tuesday (next week)
Rates of Pay:
• £15.00 per hour

Day to Day Duties:
As an FLT Driver, your day to day duties will include:
• Operating Reach Truck, Bendi, and Counterbalance FLTs
• Moving stock safely within the warehouse
• Loading and unloading goods
• Supporting general warehouse duties where required
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
Essential Skills:
The skills required to be an FLT Driver are:
• Valid Reach Truck, Bendi, and Counterbalance licences
• Previous experience operating Forklift Trucks
• Strong awareness of health and safety
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently
Desirable Experience:
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Training Provided:
• Industry related training provided but must be experienced and confident across all FLT types listed
