Robert Half is exclusively partnering with a highly successful and well-established property investment business who is seeking a Property & Legal Administrator to join their team.

This is a client-side role, offering real variety and the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across property, asset management and legal. You'll be at the heart of the operation, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes and helping to drive improvements wherever possible.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be involved in a broad range of administrative and coordination tasks that support property and legal operations. From managing internal reporting deadlines, keeping tenancy schedules and compliance documents up to date, to liaising with third-party consultants and solicitors - your attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities will be key.

Other Duties Include


* Managing property records, documents and deeds
* Coordinating internal reporting and contract documentation
* Obtaining title information and managing filing systems
* Issuing documents for e-signature and overseeing PO processes
* Supporting rates mitigation strategies and H&S compliance
* Organising meetings, events and seminars for the wider team

You'll be working alongside a collaborative, experienced team and will also support the wider office coordination when needed.

What We're Looking For

* Strong administrative experience ideally within commercial property
* A good understanding of leases and property sector terminology
* Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Highly organised, with great attention to detail
* A team player with the confidence to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
* A natural multitasker who thrives in a busy environment
