Your Career
As the Lead Growth Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of MHR’s demand generation engine, driving campaign management, execution, and continuous improvement to fuel business growth. Reporting to the Head of Performance, you will develop forecasting models for lead generation, ensuring all strategies, tools, and tactics are aligned to achieve and exceed these forecasts.
You’ll play a pivotal role in designing full-funnel acquisition strategies, setting the vision for channel optimisation, creative direction, and campaign performance. This role gives you the opportunity to shape MHR’s growth marketing function, raise performance maturity, and establish best-practice frameworks across reach, resonance, and engagement.
Your Team
You will lead a team of Growth Marketers, empowering them to deliver high-performance demand generation activity. Working in close partnership with the BDR Manager, you will ensure seamless alignment between marketing campaigns and sales development efforts.
Your collaboration extends across the wider marketing ecosystem, particularly with the marketing automation data teams, to enhance data capture, pipeline insights, and overall lead quality. You’ll also communicate performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders across the business to inform decision-making and maintain commercial alignment.
Your Impact
In this role, you will be accountable for driving measurable pipeline growth through high-impact marketing campaigns. You will ensure that every initiative – from spend allocation to creative execution and channel selection – works cohesively to generate conversations, information capture, and sales opportunities.
Your ability to analyse data, extract insight, and identify the right performance levers will directly influence demand velocity and pipeline health. By fostering strong alignment with sales teams, you will ensure the business can convert marketing-generated leads into revenue effectively. Ultimately, your leadership will shape the success, efficiency, and scalability of MHR’s growth marketing efforts.
