What is a Room Manager?
As a Room Manager, you will be the driving behind the success of your room or unit – overseeing the everyday operations and taking the lead. You will not only operate an efficient and to‑standard room/ unit but also inspire, role‑model, coach and develop Apprentices and Qualified Early Years Educators to deliver our ambitious and robust approach and curriculum. You will balance the needs of children, parents, your team and the business – ensuring you go above and beyond and excel in early years excellence. As part of your Room Manager role, you will also take on a Designated Role within the nursery.

Our Commitment to You
You will be enrolled on a thorough and tailored training course starting week commencing 24th March. This may require you to attend up to 2 Saturdays to ensure we can optimise time with you as new leaders. We will offer a structured probation period of three months with support from Heads of Departments and other leaders across the business.
Your Journey
* Ideally Qualified to a Level 3 in Early Years Education (equivalent) or higher
* Ideally 2 years qualifying with Cherubs Nurseries or 3 years with another setting – we welcome your application
* We also welcome competent Level 2 educators working towards their Level 3 to apply via our internal application process
