Junior Brand Manager
Hybrid role – Cambridgeshire
£40-45k + Package

* We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager to execute and coordinate local UK marketing across brand, trade, and consumer touchpoints
The role: Junior Brand Manager
* Hands-on, autonomous UK Junior Brand Manager role reporting to European Senior Marketing Director
* Manage collaboration with category license partners
* Drive NPD support, trade activations, sponsorships, and social campaigns
* Work cross-functionally with packaging, supply chain, commercial teams, and agencies
* Own the UK marketing budget and contribute to regional/global marketing network
Ideal candidate:
* 3+ years in marketing, trade marketing, or commercial brand roles
* Experience in food/FMCG marketing with strong UK retail knowledge
* Proven track record delivering 360° marketing campaigns
* Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects independently
Benefits & details:
* £40,000–£45,000 plus benefits (pension, holiday, etc.)
* Based in Cambridgeshire
* Hybrid working approx. 3 days office / 2 days remote
