We are looking for an experienced administrator to join a customer relations team on a temporary ongoing basis for a business based in Burton upon Trent.
Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring written and emailed feedback
2. Assessing and investigating complaints
3. Providing refunds where necessary
4. Other general admin and data entry duties
Requirements:
5. Previous office-based administration experience essential
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Good attention to detail
8. Ability to work individually and as part of a team
