Responsibilities
 * Supporting the planning and delivery of personalised learning activities
 * Assisting students with their daily needs, including personal care and mobility
 * Encouraging student engagement and participation in classroom activities
 * Monitoring and recording student progress and providing regular feedback to teachers and families
 * Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications and experience in working with individuals with PMLD or similar special educational needs. Strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with PMLD and a commitment to providing the highest level of care and support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
