Key responsibilities but not limited to: Listen to, read, and accurately interpret production instructions Operate a forklift truck safely and efficiently Carry out a range of general warehouse operations Strip die-cut packaging from pallets of flat sheet material Assist machine operators (full training provided) Quality check and inspect products, ensuring consistency and attention to detail Pack, label, and palletise products for dispatch Produce delivery notes and organise delivery consignments Work quickly and accurately to meet packing targets Participate in Health and Safety, Fire Safety, First Aid, and Waste Management duties as required Candidate requirements: Valid forklift truck licence and relevant experience are essential Previous experience in a similar role involving physical activity, quality checking, machine assistance, packing, and palletising Strong IT skills, including familiarity with bespoke systems, email, and the Microsoft Office 365 suite Ability to quickly learn new software and systems Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Professional and positive communication skills Any experience in Health and Safety, IOSH, Fire Safety, First Aid, or Waste Management would be advantageous Experience in assisting machine operators or operating machinery would be a bonus Willingness to contribute flexibly across different areas of the operation We are looking for candidates who strive for excellence and are motivated to be part of a progressive business.
