Hays HR is delighted to be supporting an organisation on the recruitment of an HR Advisor to join their HR function on 15 month FTC. This role is full time, based on site for the first 6 months and then will offer a hybrid working structure of 2 days from home and 3 days on site.
Your new role
Within your new role you will work alongside the HR team; HR Manager & HR Advisor on providing advice and guidance on a wide range of HR matters.
This is a HR Generalist opportunity where you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of HR activities and supporting on end to end payroll within the team.
Other responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Managing Employee Relation case work; disciplinaries, conflict management, absence management, performance, probation, equality and employee welfare
* Providing advice and guidance to managers on HR issues
* Managing the full ER spectrum
* Ensuring policies and procedures are up to date with recent employment law changes and are compliant
* Supporting the recruitment team on recruitment activities
* Managing the end-to-end payroll
* Assist with HR projects
* Ensuring the HR system is up to date (administration duties)
What you'll need to succeed
* L.5 or working towards
* experience (managing the processing of Payroll)
* to demonstrate managing complex ER cases
* employment law knowledge
