Costa Manager - Luton and Dunstable Hospital 40 hours per week £32,000 per annum 5 out of 7 days, including some evening and weekends We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable and dedicated Manager to join our team. Overseeing daily operations, to ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major brand, leading the team with enthusiasm, and ensuring a welcoming environment where both customers and staff can enjoy exceptional coffee experiences. As a Costa Manager, your main responsibilities will be: Oversee daily operations and ensure seamless execution of business goals. To ensure waste is kept to a minimum during beverage production To delegate where necessary and ensure the team are pro-active at all times Completion of weekly bookwork and any other duties that are deemed necessary Act as the main point of contact and decision-maker.
