The Opportunity
We are working with a leading full-service UK law firm that is looking to expand its Corporate team in Leeds. The practice has recently recorded its strongest year on record and is now seeking to hire at Senior Associate or Director level to continue its impressive growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious corporate lawyer to join one of the largest corporate teams outside of London, recognised for delivering high-profile, cross-border transactions for a wide range of national and international clients.
The Work
You will advise on a broad spectrum of corporate matters, including:
* Domestic and cross-border M&A
* Private equity investments and exits
* IPOs and public takeovers
* Complex, high-value corporate structuring projects
The client base includes private equity sponsors, listed companies, and UHNW family offices, ensuring exposure to sophisticated, market-leading work with international reach.

About You
* At least 4 years PQE in corporate law (Senior Associate or Director level)
* Experience of advising on significant transactions (10m+ ideally, but not essential )
