LNT Construction Limited, part of LNT Care Developments, is currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager with excellent team working skills to join our site team in:
South-west of England
Responsibilities:
1. Liaising with all levels of staff within the company, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure the finished product meets all specifications, standards of workmanship, and budget requirements.
2. Supporting the Site Manager in overseeing the effective and efficient running of the programme and ensuring compliance with HSE, company Health & Safety policies, and all other relevant legislation during the works.
Candidate Requirements:
* Full Clean Driving Licence and own vehicle
* SMSTS current certificate
* First Aid at Work current certificate
