?? Your Role:
As our Repairs & Maintenance Supervisor, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of responsive and planned maintenance across our property portfolio. You'll ensure tenants receive a top-tier service while maintaining compliance with housing standards and health & safety regulations.
?? Key Responsibilities:
* Lead operatives and contractors delivering repairs, voids, and planned works.
* Allocate and monitor work orders via our asset management system.
* Ensure timely, high-quality completion of repairs.
* Conduct post-inspections and quality checks.
* Liaise with tenants to resolve issues and boost satisfaction.
* Manage contractor performance and service level compliance.
* Support cyclical and planned maintenance programmes.
* Maintain accurate records and performance metrics.
* Ensure health & safety and housing regulation compliance.
* Assist with budget management and cost control.
* Provide technical advice to colleagues and tenants.
?? What You'll Bring:
* Supervisory experience in housing maintenance or property services.
* Strong knowledge of building maintenance and housing compliance.
* Familiarity with housing management systems and mobile tech.
* Trade qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) preferred.
* Understanding of social housing legislation and tenant rights.
