Field Sales Operations Manager National
Background – FMCG Convenience / Retail Pharmacy / Field Sales / Retail Stores Merchandising
Territory: National Reference: KSP/COMB
We are looking for a dynamic, driven National Field Operations Manager. The role focuses on managing a team in the field, driving sales, improving field standards, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
This multifaceted role requires liaising, reporting, and supporting the leadership team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, motivating, and developing the team to deliver excellent store standards and customer service
* Ensuring compliance and best practices
* Auditing the field team
* Conducting field visits as per company expectations
* Providing constructive feedback and coaching
* Building relationships with the team and customers
* Driving sales in the field
* Effective time management and report submission
Key requirements include:
* Strong integrity and decision-making abilities
* Willingness to travel nationally, 4 days a week in the field
* Experience managing field sales teams
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
* Self-starter with good time management
* Team player and problem solver
* Personal presentation skills
* Fluent in English; bilingual advantageous
* Education up to GCSE level
* Experience with retail visits and IT systems
* Valid driving license and access to a vehicle
