Join Us as a Shift Manager
Be part of a team that prioritizes customers. As a Shift Manager, you'll oversee the shop when the Manager isn't present, motivate the team, and ensure they have what they need to excel. We serve customers through various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru. Your role will be to ensure customers enjoy a brilliant shopping experience, whether in-store or online.
Typical responsibilities include:
1. Inspiring the team to deliver excellent results and uphold shop standards.
2. Leading by example and serving customers efficiently and courteously.
3. Preparing products, including sandwiches and managing ovens.
4. Ensuring displays are stocked and appealing.
5. Maintaining a clean, tidy, and presentable shop environment.

About You
