Person specificationThe Data Management Lead position at HMRC represents a strategic role responsible for overseeing the governance, quality, and strategic utilisation of data assets across the organisation. This role sits at the intersection of technology and business strategy, ensuring that data management practices align with HMRC\\\'s operational objectives and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to implement robust data frameworks that support decision-making processes and enhance service delivery to the public.
