In the Professional Products Division, our mission is to be the partner of choice for the professional hair industry. Inspiring stylists and creating desirability amongst consumers with meaningful brands. We're the founding Division for the L'Oréal group, with a rich history over 110 years. The 8-brand portfolio includes the likes of L'Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase, Redken and Matrix and the division is universally known for exclusively supplying salons and other professional customers with the most advanced technologies in hair and beauty products.
Responsibilities
* Work alongside some of the world's greatest hairdressers in a varied and creative role that offers a richly rewarding and successful future.
* Execute and deliver courses to salons within your territory and in our Regional Venues or hubs.
* Share our passion for inspiring others to maximise their performance through colour and retail.
* Liaise with some of the leading names in the hairdressing industry.
* Work on projects to enhance the business and raise the profile of education, such as the development of new course programs and freelancers.
* Set demanding goals and demolish obstacles to achieve them, focusing on quality and attention to detail.
* Define your own roles and constantly look for ways to exceed expectations, driving excitement for projects in a flexible, high‑octane company.
* Value innovation as a business strategy and keep up to the minute with current trends.
* Lead by creating a compelling vision and communicating it with style and charisma, thriving on the challenges of an international environment.

Qualifications
* Educated to NVQ Level 2 & 3.
* Experience as an advanced colour expert, commercially astute and understanding the importance of selling.
* Experience in delivering Technical Workshops, Presentations and Classes.
* Exceptional confidence.
* Technical, cutting and styling competence.
* Strong communication skills at all levels.
* Experience of building relationships with clients.
* Experience in Microsoft Office Packages (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
* The ability to inspire, motivate, coach and develop people.
* A passion for the haircare/skin care industry.
* Strong organisational skills.
