Jack X is our global innovation practice, and we’re expanding our network of freelance Technology Producers. As a Technology Producer, you’ll partner closely with the Jack X Production Director, Technology Director, and our broader multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding work that consistently exceeds client expectations.
Day to Day, You Might Be:
Project Scoping and Delivery
1. Take ownership of the project management process through the life cycle of the project, using internal processes and tools; review projects for quality assurance purposes and ensure that both internal and client reviews take place; conduct end-of-project debriefs
2. Guide the development, writing and presentation of incremental program proposals, scopes of work, schedules, and staffing plans as they relate to solutions
3. Manage logistical elements of crew on site
4. Licence library footage & music
5. Coordinate editors, animators and post-production resources where applicable
6. Liaise with Contracts Manager and H&S Advisor on Legal and H&S requirements
Budget Creation and Coordination
7. Create and manage program budgets, scopes, and reconciliations on larger projects
8. Manage / mitigate third-party costs
9. Demonstrate a good understanding of risk management and able to have commercial and contractual conversations with legal and insurance, clients, and subcontractors to ensure that adequate contracts are in place, with sufficient levels of appropriate insurance
10. Create purchase orders & process invoices

18. A strong work ethic and a resilient, solutions-focused “can-do” attitude.
19. Excellent project management abilities, including organization, time management, and prioritisation.
20. Demonstrated production competencies such as client focus, accountability for results, team effectiveness, developing others, adaptability, and professional confidence.
