We are looking to recruit a probate/private client secretary/admin assistant to work at our Sunderland office. Ideally this will be on a full-time basis.
You will be joining a busy probate/private client department and the main duties and responsibilities will include:
* assisting with the management of the administration of estates;
* assisting with the drafting of Court applications;
* audio typing, filing, reception and other administrative duties which may be required from time to time
You must be able to work to the high standards and requirements of Lexcel.
Candidate Specification
You must be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills as well as good IT and word processing skills. Knowledge of the Money Laundering Regulations would be beneficial.
